I met the WILD founder, Kristen, over coffee, and within an hour we felt like old friends chatting about business, marketing, and building community.
By the end of our chat, we had mapped out a clear vision for a new WILD website and decided to work together to bring it to life!

We also wanted to focus on new keywords that helped position their brand in the Canadian PR and influencer marketing space.
As I began the industry research and drafting the website design, it became clear how important new branding would be to accomplish the project goals.
We altered our project to begin with updated branding – including logos, color palette, fonts, and imagery.
After experimenting with several different branding and visual directions we ultimately decided on the high-contrast black and highlighter green palette, authentic stock imagery, and the Poppins and Lora font combination.
This branding was a big shift from the brown and beige color palette and feminine team imagery they had used for the last several years.
Trust and alignment are two key elements of updating a company’s branding. The WILD team and I were really clear on the direction we wanted to go and had the patience to go through several iterations to achieve this stunning result.
This website – both design and copy – was all about showcasing the WILD PR client’s results and clearly positioning the WILD brand as an expert in their two key services.
We started with changing the page structure so instead of a general services page we created a specific page for each of their key service areas: Media relations and influencer marketing.
This helped us show how they support clients in these two areas of PR and speak more directly to the pain points and goals brands have when seeking a PR partner.
Another shift was creating new case studies that are both current and shared in a narrative format. The format really allowed us to show how WILD comes in, applies their approach, and creates impressive results for their clients.
As the last step in this brand refresh, we updated all of the WILD PR sales tools to reflect their new branding and match their new user experience.
Sales tools are an important step in a branding and messaging update that many people ignore or skip.
I was thrilled to support WILD with this final step in their project and the decks and sell sheets are now a true reflection of their brand and message.
My favorite part was when we landed on the final font combination. It was a last-minute adjustment but as we reviewed the final website revision I honestly can’t imagine the WILD brand any differently!
Sometimes it takes something small like a font tweak to really see a project fully come together. The whole team agreed that the fonts really transformed our final result in a big way.
The other element of this project I particularly loved (my second favorite?) was the opportunity to understand the WILD approach and results.
Because we created 9+ case studies (and I combed through 100s of their influencer campaigns) I got to see the tangible results the team creates. It was so special to see how much this team impacts their brand partners, and how intentional they are with their work.
This project was a huge success and I am beyond thrilled for the entire WILD team and community!
